Use
This kind of filter is mainly used for all kinds of low-viscosity oil (lower than No.40) and low-volatility oil in the large and mediate scale power systems. It is used to purify the isolating oil, turbine oil and machinery oil of large, mediate and small transformers, current-voltage mutual inductance device, capacitor, circuit breaker, and oil switch and so on. This kind of machine can work on-line to purify the worsened oil without stopping the electrified transformer, mutual inductance device, oil switch and so on. Thus, the oil can be improved back to its new quality level and resume its working function.

1. This Institute initially develops this new generation of efficient double-grade vacuum oil filter that has been greatly improved on the basis of the traditional vacuum oil filter. It adopts the unique horizontal structure and double-grade vacuum 4-filter technology that is advanced. The period of reproduction of oil is short with less energy. The filter paper is not used here and the automatic level is high.
2. The macromolecular compound filtering material is adopted and the whole process is pure physical way that is a free carbon filtering system in this kind of machine.
3. Four-grade filtering system ensures the tranquil and precision quality of the treated oil. And it is self-washing inversely.
4. The vacuum recycling cooling device is independently created by this Company. The water cooling and wind cooling can be exchanged at random. It greatly benefits the users in the cold weather or cold region when and where the water often changes into ice, which influences the normal operation.
5. The vacuum pump oil purifying system of emulsion-breaking circulation is designed by this Institute. Thus, the problem of emulsification of operative oil that has been a long-term troublesome problem is thoroughly solved.
6. The high function of vacuum machine set, which adopts the Company?s unique technology of vacuum degasification by specially-made oil pump, can even more efficiently eliminate the acetylene and other poisonous gases in the treated oil.
